The Initial Fitness Assessment (IFA) is an analysis we DO together.
It is used to gain mutual insight and information relative to your overall fitness. During the IFA, all factors for success are assessed that enable "us" to nail down a game plan that targets YOUR objectives.
The IFA itself involves discussion about current activities, past efforts, previous injuries and other things.
The comprehensive nature of the IFA serves to "educate" the client on the best course of action for YOU to take, whether you engage here or elsewhere.
The emphasis of the IFA is to determine the best Participation Level/Program to provide YOU with a new pathway to a new level fitness and potentially better health and wellness.
