Step 1:  Initial Fitness Assessment (IFA)

Fill out the form for the complimentary evaluation. We will then invite you to do an Initial FItness Assessment (IFA)

Step 2:  Personalized Program Recommendation

We will identify the best training program based on your IFA Results

Step 3:  One-on-One Do What Fits Training

Once you get started, you train one‑on‑one with a personal trainer following your Do What Fits plan.

Step 4:  Monitor Progress

We will track improvement regularly to adjust exercises as you progress and celebrate milestones.

  • A 60‑minute Initial Fitness Assessment (IFA)
  • 8 one‑on‑one personal training sessions (1 hr.)
  • A simple and effective home movement plan that you can do in 5–10 minutes a day
  • Guarantee: If you attend at least 8 sessions in 28 days and you don’t see improvement in at least 2 of our key fitness tests, we’ll extend the training or refund your money.
