This program is designed for those who are already in decent shape, but need a little guidance. The goal of the foundation plan follows its name, it is about building a foundation to wellness through fitness. How?

 The Do What Fits System provides a mixture of guided personal training fitness activities, and foundational nutrition that changes the metabolism of the individual. This helps with weight loss, muscle gain, and our educational element teaches you how to feel more confident on the training floor even without one of our specialists with you

The Foundation Program must be qualified for during the IFA, as it's less supervision with our movement specialists. Clients on this program do more "solo days" and do not have as many personal training sessions each month. This plan is for those who do not need as much coaching, and we will not recommend this plan if there is a risk of injury.

bridgeway jump-start

program 

 This Program is where we begin to help those with chronic conditions, and other related musculo-skeletal issues, overcome the problems causing them pain that keeps them from being consistent in their fitness activities. It is a 3 month jump-start introduction plan to improving their health. How? 

 The Do What Fits System is a holistic movement-based protocol that focuses on body mechanics, range of motion and "angularity". We use personal training to address the issue, and as a result people move better with less pain and achieve a more fit lifestyle than previously thought possible. 

 The combination of our low-impact training and specialized equipment has helped our clients achieve significant relief with conditions like sciatica, pain, stiffness & low energy. This plan is 90 days, and the goal is to get the client on a bridgeway to better health and fitness. They can expect to get results in as little as 5 sessions.

To those with cardiac related issues (AFib, Stroke, Heart Attack, Myocarditis, Stents, Other)  the intent of this Program is to provide a path forward to enhanced fitness and improve projected quality of life outcomes.  With a focus on consistency, CVE Clients improve cardiac & musclular strength in synch with your healthcare team.  How?

All CVE Program activities are predicated on the Guidelines by the American Heart Assocation.  As a muscle itself, the the heart needs training but weight training itself is problematic to those with heart conditions.  With an emphasis on functional performance, in as little as 3-5 sessions, they begin to see cardiac performance steadily improve. 

All Clients are provided with wearable technology for managing progress and heart rate tracking. The combination of the proprietary Do What Fits System AND specialized no-impact/low-impact equipment offered at Main Line Total Fitness has proven a distinctive advantage to the projected life duration for those with heart conditions.

osteoporosis-mitigation (omp) program

This program is designed for those dealing with any number of musculosketal issues, (Osteopenia, Osteoporosis, Arthritis, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and Others). It is intended to help enhance movement while maintaining bone density levels through the development of a holistic strength-training routine.
 
One of the six metrics an individual's IFA reveals at Main Line Total Fitness is a Bone Density score that is used to determine whether a person’s bone density is lower than what is considered normal. 
 
The primary goal of the this program is to prevent loss of bone mineral, maintaining muscle/minimizing fat and decreasing the risk of falls and fractures. An emphasis on what to avoid (Bending, Twisting, Spine Compression, etc.),  low-impact strength training and focused cardio is used to optimize muscle gain, fat loss and bone desity scores.
